EZF Terms and Conditions
Step One – Make Your Reservations: After you receive the invitation to contact our reservations department, simply call us when you are ready to request dates. You must provide two travel dates that are at least 21 days apart and 60 days away. Generally, there is no availability during major holidays, convention periods or certain special events. Travel must be completed within one year of activation. Please have a credit card available to pay the required tax deposit of $70. All major credit cards are accepted. A confirmation receipt will be mailed to you showing your assigned travel date.
Step Two – Confirm The Details With A Travel Rep: Approximately 30 to 60 days prior to your vacation, a travel rep will contact you to confirm the details of your vacation and offer any available upgrades including upgraded hotels and additional nights. After you confirm the details with your travel rep your reservations will be booked. Be sure to update us with any changes to your contact information in order to assure your travel rep is able to reach you and book your reservations.
Step Three – Enjoy Your Vacation: Your travel package will be mailed at least 14 days prior to your vacation. Your travel package will include the voucher you will use to check-in and a breakdown of the taxes spent on your behalf. The unused portion of your tax deposit, if any, will be refunded prior to your vacation.
HOTEL STAY INFORMATION
Your hotel stay is valid for two nights. Your hotel will be a member of one of the following hotel groups or their subsidiaries: Howard Johnson, Fairbridge, Choice or Best Western. Your hotel room will accommodate up to two adults over age 21 and up to two children under age 18. Valid arrival days are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Specific hotels are assigned based on availability and will be located in the general vicinity of your destination city.

$150 STAY & PLAY REBATE DETAILS
Your travel package will include a $50 Darden’s Gift Card and $150 Stay & Play Rebate Certificate. The Darden’s Gift card can be used at any Darden’s restaurant including Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, The Capital Grille, Yard House, Bahama Breeze and more. The Stay & Play Rebate Certificate can be used for purchases of golf, spas, sightseeing tours, theme park admission, show tickets, sporting event tickets and many more tourist related activities located in and around your destination city. The rebate certificate must be returned to Casablanca Express (CBE) along with receipts from qualifying activities purchased during your vacation. Maximum rebate value is $150. THE FINE PRINT
Travelers Are Responsible For hotel occupancy tax, transportation, meals, resort fees or any incidental expenses like phone calls, gratuities or entertainment. Hotel may ask for a credit card or a deposit when you check-in to cover incidental expenses. Your tax deposit will be used to pay for hotel occupancy tax which will not exceed $35 per night ($70 total).
Cancellation: If you contact Casablanca Express (CBE) and request to cancel a minimum 10 days prior to your vacation you will receive a full refund of your tax deposit. Cancellations made 9 days or less before your vacation may incur cancellation penalties up to the total hotel occupancy tax paid by CBE.
Other Restrictions: This certificate cannot be combined with any other package, discount, or special promotion. This certificate is void where prohibited by law. Name changes and reschedules are not allowed. Any exceptions or special arrangements for any reason will incur additional fees. This certificate is only valid for the items described herein, no other representations, oral or written will be honored.
