26 Jul Arrowhead Lakes Resort Pool House Construction
We have made a huge step toward rebuilding the main building/pool house at our Arrowhead Lakes Resort! As shared in June, the roof structure of our main building above the pool collapsed causing more debris and damage, leading us to make the decision to demolish the entire building.
On Monday, July 24th, 2023, a clean and quick demolition took place and everything went according to plan. Precautions were taken to salvage the foundation, the pool, and the surrounding deck, but those remaining items will be inspected upon completion of debris removal. We will be putting our full focus and attention into the rebuilding process of this facility. We are actively working with our architecture firm and general contractor to approve drawings and proposals to match the footprint and follow all state and local guidelines and codes. While we do not have a timeline to share for the rebuild at this point, we are excited about the next steps, and will share more updates as we proceed with the reconstruction of the main building/pool house.
While we work on the rebuilding process, there is still lots to enjoy at the Resort!
